FIFA World Cup Final 2010 – Netherlands vs Spain Results – Spain Wins! – The FIFA World Cup 2010 is officially over and it was a great match in the finals between Netherlands vs Spain. If you guys didn’t happen to watch the game or hear about it by now, Spain defeated Netherlands with the final score of 1-0.

The game was a good one and I was on the edge of my seat a couple of times towards the end of regulation because the score was still 0-0 and I was betting on Spain winning. If you happen to have read my Netherlands vs Spain odds and predictions then you would have seen my predictions were basically correct. I chose Spain to win with the final score of 1-0.

Though, I didn’t get the results correct completely. I said they were not going to go into extra time but they did. Hopefully you guys didn’t bet on that portion of it.

The game was mainly dominated by Spain and penalties. Both sides were getting yellow cards left and right but ultimately, Netherlands dug themselves in a deep hole.

The only goal scored was from Spain’s Andres Iniesta and that happened in extra time with Netherlands only having 10 players on the field.

After Iniesta scored, he took off his jersey and was given a yellow card for that too.
