Alexandra Wallace “Asians in the Library” Youtube Rant Video For Publicity? – If you haven’t heard by now, UCLA’s (ex-UCLA) Alexandra Wallace posted a Youtube rant video singling out Asians talking on cell phones in the library. She has gotten so much grief for it that she managed to drop out of school. But did she do it for publicity? Was this her plan to begin with? You know what they say, bad publicity is good publicity.

She goes on to imitate how she thinks Asians talk in their native language, rant about them not having manners and even mentioned the recent tsunami that affected thousands. Though, she has gotten the attention of millions of people nationwide and everyone likes that villain so maybe this will be her 15 minutes of fame.
Based on everything I have read, she is an aspiring actress and model. (Thanks Tom for the e-mail!) There were rumors that she was trying to get cast in a Jersey Shore season. Who knows? But will her instant villainous rise help her in the acting business (even though reality TV isn’t exactly acting)? We will see soon enough.

Although poorly done; she makes a point. Why can’t most folks see the forest for the trees here? Yes, she is insensitive in her approach but she has the 1st amendment FREEDOM OF SPEECH. You won’t find that right in China or Russia. Her point is valid; have some common decency and take your calls outside the library. WTF?

um no, if she made a rant about rude people in the library, it would be fine. but she had to turn this into an extremely racist and ignorant speech about the entire asian race. this stupid wannabe model does not even realize that “asian” is not one ethnicity.
rude people do rude things because they happen to be rude people. it’s not because of their RACE. this is seriously the stupidest shit i’ve seen in a long time. since she hates asians so much and thinks so little of them, she really should NOT be living in california.

1, I saw MANY white people talking in the library as well, talking in English loudly and laughing like crazy when everyone eles is studying, I didn’t post a video ranting about white people did I?
